Celery Powder and seeds will be obtained from high quality, freshly harvested Celery, which will be color selected, washed, trimmed, cut, dried and finished processed. After the final drying step and prior to packaging the product will be inspected and passed through magnets and metal detectors to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metallic contamination.
