Soya Chunks are made using optimum grade de-fatted soy flour by short time high temperature extruder based cooking.
Extrusion cooking ensures good digestibility and palatability of the product. It also maintains the original quality of protein while removing the anti-nutritional factors.
Since these are enriched with proteins they are used as a substitute of meat.  This product also has minimal cholesterol (less than 1%). It is a natural product which does not contain additives preservative
